It fully executes processes such as creating the initial charter of projects, determining technological and administrative solutions, creating the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), and preparing the project management plan.
In the preparation of the Project Charter, the sales team, solution team, and R&D engineers collaborate through meetings. Before the project solution document, project charters are prepared and presented to our customers for review and approval. The project charters include the benefits of the project, stakeholders, planned budget, estimated human resource needs, critical success factors, information about project sponsors, approximate risks, and preventive measures against those risks.
If an agreement is reached on the charter, our solution team begins working and prepares the project's solution document. This document includes the approach to project planning, the first version of the work schedule, details of assumptions, risks, and preventive measures, as well as the technology to be used, screen design approaches, and configurations for inter-system integrations.
